Trainings
Peer Educators Coach Training
This training is designed to prepare college student educators for peer coaching and counseling. Attendees will observe coaching demonstrations, learn foundational evidence-based coaching concepts, and participate in guided peer coaching sessions. Students will be introduced to coaching methods including motivational interviewing, positive psychology, SMART goal setting, growth mindset, mindful listening, and appreciative inquiry among others.
All facilitated through synchronous online learning in 2, 90 min. sessions.
TWL also partners with athletic coaches and wellness departments to equip you with tools to empower teams to foster connection, motivation, and lasting performance.

Group Coaching
It combines individualized support with the strength of community. Students can join with a friend, roommate, or others seeking similar goals. Common focus areas include stress management, sleep, healthy boundaries, post-grad planning, and digital wellness.
